@spidermojo Replace battery or any other faulty hardware.
spidermojog: you do this when your kids break the display and you can’t stand to throw it away.
@spidermojo In case your ipod gets wet you would take it apart and dry it.
@spidermojo wel.. i got an answer to number one.. if you happend to wash it.
I don’t understand why you would be watching this video if you don’t understand the purpose behind it…
Anyway, thanks for the tutorial. Managed to fix the buttons on mine after watching this.
@spidermojo rofl! your right he does sound like a pixie!
Many times, people do this because :
1. they might fix ipods (ex., something is loose in your ipod)
2. The outside is scratched up, so they want to replace it.
i dont wanna do this no more.. i was gonna fix screen (tilted) and some buttons on the front
why? …just, why?
@BBnose The lastest is the 6th gen.
i like this 3rd gen ipod nano more than the latest 4rd gen.

this is why i have a 1/3 disdain for apple. why would they make it so tedious just to replace a damned “BATTERY”? they are extremely thirsty for money. fucking pathetic.
i do not like how you talk it sounds like your mouth is dry and you smack why talking
Why would i ever do this?
the fucking pick wont go in you fuck my mother isssss niccceeeeeeee
Very good video, one of the better ones out there for this.
My 3rd gen nano is stuck on the apple logo. When select and menu are held, it returns to the apple logo, I have tried disk mode and diagnostic mode (play+select, rewind+select, resectively). When drained, the plug into power screen is displayed. When plugged in to itunes, it isn’t recognized in source pane, but when I hold select and menu for a while it will ‘prepare ipod for recovery’, that is all I get though. After this is done, I hear the ‘disconnected chime’,and apple logo returns to ipod.
i cant get it open=(
thanks robocop
Thanks alot for this video! just what i need because i smashed my lcd unit
